With some quick searches, Yoga on the Rocks is clearly a large Colorado-based event that focuses on making social good and promoting healthy lifestyles.

What makes an effective UGC video for an energy and lifestyle brand?

The goal of any UGC creator should be to create conversions in their viewing. This, however, is the largest struggle that creators face. For a lifestyle-based content creator, there are several key considerations:

  1. Authenticity - This is largely solved through creating relatable situations and presenting real, relatable responses to this stimulus and a response.

  1. Real Lifestyle Moments - Using the product should not be in some artificial, "planned out" script, but rather something that seems natural

  2. Transformation to Action - a proper CTA at the end, paired with real growth and change from using the product. This is the main presentable.
