what student housing (on or off campus) would you deliver mailers to first, and why?
I would first deliver to on campus housing first because it has a more bigger student community than off campus housing, so that I (or my team) can reach out to students easily. Additionally, with the collaboration with the resident assistants in student housing, this helps promoting a brand in a more immediate and efficient way.
