I’d collaborate with the marketing team when necessary and asses what has worked for the brand in the past, and what needs to be implemented, reevaluated, etc.

I believe virality is beneficial on the short term, because while it increases reach it doesn’t necessarily mean each and every viewer is going to become a client. Therefore I believe consistent community engagement is more important to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
