What's the most important aspect when building out a brand's culture and consumer persona?
I think the most important aspect is distinguishing what the company's values are and what it wants to achieve, while connecting with customer's on an emotional level. Going beyond in engaging with the customers and establishing a good community that focuses on the company's values and intentions.
