PLEASE SHARE A stem TOPIC that YOU'RE PASSIONATE ABOUT AND HOW YOU WOULD INCORPORATE IT INTO YOUR CONTENT.
A STEM topic I am especially passionate about is biochemical research. Having engaged in wet lab research throughout my four years of college, I have experienced both the excitement of discovery and the challenges of navigating a male-dominated space. I would love to create content that uplifts and empowers women in research by making the experience more relatable—sharing everyday struggles with authenticity while also providing practical tips and strategies to help young women succeed in their academic and professional journeys. My goal would be to build a sense of community, normalize the challenges, and highlight the resilience and achievements of women in STEM.

What are you up to in this Fall (internships, extra-curriculars etc.)?
This fall, I will be conducting research on mutations of the PARP-1 gene while also serving as a mentor within my lab. In addition, I will be working as a Vision Therapist at the Optometry Center for Vision Therapy, volunteering at Lirios Pediatrics, and holding leadership roles in the Health Science Scholars Honors Program, the Health Career Mentorship Program, and the Longhorn Wellness Peer Educator Program.
