I will ensure my reviews is useful by testing the product in more than 1 way. For example with water, food, and smoothies, instead of just water. I can detail the way I used it and how I felt after drinking.

Typically, I get my vitamins from gummies and tablets becuase my diet can be a bit limited. I have also had liquid IV, especially when studying becomes long and tiring.

I make sure my reviews are honest by giving myself a few days to really use and test the product. It might take some time to show results, but I cant be too quick to make a decision. I will also include the product qualities and what I thought overall.
