What do you usually look for in a good sauce or condiment?
A lot of different things make a good sauce/condiment. First is flavor, is it fragrant, salty, sweet? I want a good combination of these flavors. Second is texture, is it liquid, saucy, crunchy? What I want would depend on what I am pairing it with, for example with rice, I want it to be a bit crunchy.

Which of our sauces are you most excited to try — Sriracha, Sesame Oil, or Snack Oil?
I'm a big fan of these sauces, but snack oil is one of my favorites. I've been eating those since I was a child.
