Do you play or study music? if so, elaborate.
Yeah, I play piano for about 20 minutes a day. Nothing super formal mostly just for myself. It helps me clear my head and stay connected to music. Along the way I have also learned important skills such as recognizing what emotions certain chords are meant to convey within a piece of music.
