Man Cereal would be focused busy adults who care about performance, clean ingredients, and convenience but still want food that tastes good. Of course blending humor with relatable fitness.

I would use humor to make fitness feel approachable, creating memes based on real gym struggles, diet fails, and fitness culture clichés or stereotypes. It’ll makes people laugh and feel important.
