What excites you most about the opportunity to work alongside me and support multiple aspects of my brand—from fitness and fashion to content and community?

The values of the company, for starters, excite me. Building an empowering company to help women feel their best selves is amazing. I've struggled with self-confidence, and being able to learn and help a company that takes their time and stands behind their mission is very powerful and meaningful.

"How do you stay organized and prioritize when juggling multiple projects at once? Can you share an example of a time you managed multiple responsibilities or projects simultaneously?

I’m an extremely organized person, and one strategy I always share with others, whether it's for managing work or keeping up with household tasks, is this: “If it takes less than five minutes to do, take care of it now.” This simple mindset helps me avoid small tasks before they pile up, making it easier to focus on larger priorities. A specific example of managing multiple responsibilities was during a semester when I was balancing a full course load and a part-time job. I used a digital planner to map out deadlines, set reminders, and break down tasks into smaller, manageable steps. I also prioritized my week by urgency and importance, allowing flexibility for unexpected changes. I could meet my deadlines by staying consistent with my planning and time-blocking. It can be overwhelming when trying to multitask different things, but planning to prevent that will contribute meaningfully to my team and maintain a strong performance at work.
