What do you enjoy most about attending your schools football games, game day events, or live/watch parties?

I enjoy using it as an opportunity to bond and spend time with my friends. It gives us something to talk about but can also just be used as background noise while we chat and catch up or even do homework.

Please share one experience you've had around college sports on your campus?

This year one of our games was delayed due to weather. We were watching teh pervious game on the TV and there was no indication of any problems so we started walking to the stadium in the pouring rain. We didn't know the game was delayed until other students were walking the opposite way telling us so. Different people were saying different amounts of time that the game was delayed and we weren't able to figure out exactly when the stadium would reopen until we got back home and were able to check Michigan's official Twitter account. I wish there had been some sort of notification on my phone or on the TV as soon as they knew there was going to be a delay to avoid us going outside getting soaked when we didn't need to.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?

Wellness means taking care of yourself whether through relaxing, eating well, exercising, etc. I integrate wellness into my life by doing pilates and working out daily. I also need to give myself alone time to sleep, relax, and watch tv so I can re-charge and be my best self.
