What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?
Easy/aesthetic interface is huge for me. I also tend to prefer apps with places to interact with other friends but also aspects of solo engagement (ex. TikTok’s fyp vs friends or Instagrams feed vs explore page). Finally, social apps only hold relevance to me if my social network also engages with them so that determines how often I use one.

A customer is confused about how or where they can use Brella -- how would you best educate them in a tasting event?
A demo! I think visual demonstrations are such a good way to learn and if a potential costumer has the opportunity to actually try the product, they’ll be more likely to purchase it than risking the sunk cost if they buy the product and don’t like it
