Over the past five years I have worked at a small town restaurant. I have created many long term relationships with regular customers who I see on a weekly basis. I have customers that know when they come in, I make sure they have the correct order and all the little extras that make dining at the same place each week so special. This includes specialty pizzas, sauces and the occasional free dessert. From this, I have created friendships outside of work with many of my regulars, some going as far as to only come in when I am working, or when a regular customer passed away, I attended his service. These strong relationships have curated an experience and skills gained I have only encountered in hospitality.
