When a digital product is a stand alone service (ie has no packaging) how can social media be used to help communicate the different benefits of using it to audiences with different reasons for using it.
It can be marketed as an experience. Viewers nowadays tend to be more observant on what they consume. If audiences were showed about the benefits of using a certain content or service, they may be more piqued.
