In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
I think it is most important to stay calm during difficult situations like these. Aside from that, I would want to take a step back and speak with the customer to make sure their needs are being heard and attended to–oftentimes these difficult situations stem from misunderstanding.
