What tools do you use when creating social media? How are your illustration and video creation skills?
Canva is my favorite tool for content creation, especially if it's for designs like product features. I have experience with software like Photoroom and Sony Vegas Pro. I love utilizing shapes, gradients, cutouts and I believe my understanding of color theory helps a lot with cultivating my aesthetic eye.

Can you walk me through your creative process when developing content ideas?
My main motto always know that I should create what I want to see. First, I use my love for storytelling and my empathy to figure out how the story behind something makes me feel and I ask myself how I can elevate that feeling even more for people that are going to see the content I create, and potentially make a purchase. The brainstorming comes naturally with it afterwards.
