I stay updated on Instagram and TikTok trends by being an active, daily user and paying close attention to what’s gaining traction on my feed and explore pages. I notice patterns in sounds, visuals, captions, and formats, and I’m always saving or engaging with content that feels fresh so I can understand why it works and how it can be recreated creatively.
