3️⃣ Can you describe your experience with natural hair care products, and how do you keep up with the latest trends that are relevant to our customers?
I am biracial (Mexican and African American) but I grew up with my Mexican mother. Her and I have completely different hair types. Naturally, It was a struggle keeping with my hair. As I grew up I started researching videos on how to keep up with my hair and how to style it on Youtube, TikTok or even through my friends. To this day I am still experimenting with hairstyles and products with my hair through TikTok mostly.

1️⃣ Share an example of a time you used your communication skills to effectively drive sales or enhance a brand's reputation on the sales floor?
Although I haven't had any experience in the retail industry I have been in the restaurant industry as a hostess. As a host it was common for a guest to ask what is the best on the menu. I was always careful on how I worded my answer. I would first ask on what they're in the mood for and would direct them on a starters, entree and dessert.
