When a digital product is a stand alone service (ie has no packaging) how can social media be used to help communicate the different benefits of using it to audiences with different reasons for using it.
I suppose, the key moment is to find target audience for this product, then identify its needs and wants, preferences, lifestyle. After that, it is important to promote this product and the best way for that is social media, especially for young people. It’s important to open mind and brainstorm, create something unusual and attractive for consumers and tan represent it in a content - photo, video, reel, music)
