Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you have managed in the past?
While I haven’t officially managed a professional social media campaign yet, I’ve spent a lot of time studying what makes them successful and applying those lessons in smaller personal projects. For example, I once helped a friend promote a small business by brainstorming engaging content ideas, writing captions, and choosing hashtags that boosted their Instagram engagement. Within a few weeks, their post reach and interaction noticeably increased.
If given the opportunity, I’d approach a campaign by setting clear goals, identifying the target audience, creating a content calendar with a mix of trending and branded content, and tracking performance through platform analytics to adjust as needed. I'm excited to apply this approach in a real-world setting and help create campaigns that build both engagement and sales.

How do you stay updated on social media trends and changes in algorithms?
I stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes by following trusted sources like Social Media Examiner, Later, and Hootsuite blogs. I also keep a close eye on what’s trending directly in the apps especially TikTok’s For You Page and Instagram’s Explore Page, since that’s where trends usually start. I follow content creators and social media managers who share insights and tips, and I pay attention to which formats and sounds are getting pushed. If a platform rolls out a new feature, I try to learn about it early so I can use it to the brand’s advantage.
