Can you provide an example of a successful case study you've created in the past?

At the end of my term as the Vice President of Inclusion for a student organization at my university, I compiled a document of resources and useful tips for the role. In it, I included scenarios and case studies that would be helpful for the future person in my position.

One specific case focused on increasing DEI engagement within my organization. The case study outlined the initial challenge of low participation in culturally inclusive programming. I identified key barriers, through research. The solution section detailed the implementation of targeted strategies, including educational workshops, storytelling campaigns on social media, and culturally focused events. In the results section, I highlighted a 30% increase in event attendance and qualitative feedback from members who expressed feeling more valued and included. The case study concluded with actionable recommendations for sustaining engagement, such as regular feedback loops and expanding programming to include allyship training. This case study demonstrated the effectiveness of thoughtful, data-driven approaches to fostering inclusivity and engagement.
