Not too long ago, I was an intern for a lifestyle magazine and I got to create social media videos, and most of them just included using filters or participating in trends because that's how you get views and comments. The comments may not be about your brand but they get you exposure.

Duolingo knows how to use the creative freedom to produce engaging content, it's so relatable even though I don't consume it now I love watching them on Tik Tok. You can be scrolling in the comments and suddenly you see them there commenting something that doesn't have too much to do with their brand. They participate in popular challenges and using humor in an authentic way.
