When a digital product is a stand alone service (ie has no packaging) how can social media be used to help communicate the different benefits of using it to audiences with different reasons for using it.
First of all, it would be really important for the digital brand to have a strong brand identity. This helps everyone understand not only what they offer, but also their values and quality service, since the community cannot test the product/service in real life. Social media is a place where a lot of people share information, but it is also a place where people test products/services and leave their honest reviews. By sharing this type of content in a genuine way, the potential customers can be atracted to it and then decide to try the products/services.

If you had to create an Instagram Story for a brand without any assets or information where would find images and copy?
I would try to find the company's website if they have one, so I can get pictures and information for it, or I would find their social media platforms to see the type of content they're sharing in order to do the same
