how would you approach outreach to students?
I strongly believe outreach to students begin with sharing commonalities first. As a student myself, my reasons for using uber one benefits is parallel to my peers, making my outreach approach genuine and authentic. Such authenticity is core to student outreach, which I believe can also be done through personalizing each outreach interaction catered to the specific community. Not all students are the same - some are first-generation, and some belong to a specific culture. These intersectional traits are worth appealing to in creating effect student outreach. For uber one, the benefits of a quick and easy ride request is especially helpful for women-centered organizations as it can provide safe rides in replacement of walking alone. Understanding audience helps bring authenticity to a new level of effectiveness in student outreach. A key framework I approach student outreach through, is value-driven. I'd ask myself what value would uber-one add to theirs and my life, and lead with those benefits.
Besides theoretical approaches, I would also leverage technical ones such as posting on viral social media platforms such as Instagram and Tik Tok.

How would you get uber one sign ups?
Gaining uber one sign ups would allow me to share my experiences as a university student living in the "college-esque" town of Berkeley. I would share my struggles of relying on public transit and strenuous walking as an off-campus resident who needs to get around to different areas of Berkeley including campus, downtown, northside, or neighboring areas! Outside of relatability, I would also share the variest student-friendly benefits of uber one, which helps with food deliveries, and booking quick and safe rides. Especially as daylight-savings and the holiday season arrives, I would highlight the essential role uber one would play in student life - especially in regards to getting around quickly and safely, as well as purchasing items for delivery using uber one benefits.
