Describe your food and beverage choices during the holiday season (including brands - if relevant).
I am vegetarian and try to be completely plant-based in my diet. During the holiday season, I love Trader Joe's plant based options because they have many creative products as well as turning traditional holiday foods and beverages into a vegan option. Specifically for Thanksgiving and Christmas time, I enjoy Tofurky and will make other side dishes myself. When I think of Fourth of July or barbecue style holidays, I will generally have either a Beyond burger or Impossible burger.
