What excites you about creating content that reflects real life rather than polished or overly produced posts?

What excites me most is that real life content feels relatable and trustworthy. It allows people to see themselves in the moments I’m sharing, rather than comparing themselves to something unattainable. I love capturing the in between moments the messy, busy, imperfect parts of life; because that’s where connection happens. Creating content this way feels more honest, builds deeper trust with my audience, and makes any product or routine I share feel truly authentic.

How do you typically share products or routines you genuinely love with friends or on social media?

I share products and routines I genuinely love by weaving them into my everyday life rather than making them feel overly staged or sales-driven. I focus on real moments, honest experiences, and showing how the product fits into my routine, why I use it, and the value it adds. I also like to educate where relevant and invite conversation through questions or engagement prompts, so it feels like a genuine recommendation rather than an ad

What does self-care look like for you during this chapter of your life?

Self care in this chapter of my life looks simple, intentional, and realistic. As a mum to a busy one year old, it’s less about long routines and more about small daily choices; fuelling my body well, moving my body in ways that energise me, and prioritising rest when I can. It’s also about giving myself grace, embracing imperfect days, and doing things that help me feel like me again, even in short moments.
