How do you engage and motivate your community on social media or in person?
I engage and motivate my community both online and in real life because connection is something I genuinely prioritize, not perform. Every other week, I host a care group through my church where a small circle of us meet to check in, share what we're walking through, and support each other in the everyday — the wins, the hard seasons, and everything in between. That same energy carries into my online presence: I regularly share words of affirmation and quotes that have shaped me with my followers and friend groups, because I believe the right sentence at the right moment can change someone's entire week. Whether it's holding space for someone across a living room or sending an encouraging post into a group chat, I lead with the belief that people show up more fully when they feel seen, valued, and reminded that they're not alone.
