How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
Get input when setting deadlines to make sure team members are able to meet them. Make sure to be realistic, unless there are hard deadlines to meet. Provide reminders leading up to the deadline and make sure to have regular task check ins. Emphasize on the big picture. If struggling to keep up, reflect on workload and adjust delegations.
