Can you share a time when you tested or gave feedback on a product, app, or feature? What did you enjoy or find challenging about that experience?
Oh, definitely. Last semester, our university was rolling out a new student portal website, and they asked for volunteers to help test it before it went live. I jumped on it because, honestly, I find that stuff fun.The best part was feeling like a detective. It was like a treasure hunt to find all the "kinks" they missed. My friends and I were trying all sorts of weird stuff, and it was genuinely fun to find a broken link or a page that looked weird. I remember finding one link for the "Dining Hall Menu" that just led to an old 404 error page. The most challenging part was testing the new class registration feature. I found that if I tried to add a class on my phone, the "Add" button would get hidden off the side of the screen, making it impossible to register. It was challenging because it wasn't just a simple broken link; it was a major functional bug.

What motivates you to contribute feedback and improve apps?
I just want to help out in making beneficial apps actually benefit people rather than doing the opposite.
