I am interesting in working with Pacifica because I have worked 3 campaigns for your company in the last few months and the team has been nothing but kind to me when I was dealing with package delivery issues in December for the Pacifica Minis Campaign. They were prompt with their response and I would strive to do the same for the creators I would work with if I were to get this position.

How will you ensure all participants of our GIGs are Completing their deliverables on time?
I would fit set the deadline on the actual program assignment ensuring that the creators are getting notified that their deadline is coming soon. If they are still not completing work, I would check in on them using the direct message chat to ensure I have direct connection with them. If they need an extension for whatever reason, I will work that out with the creator and extend their deadline on the Home From College Platform accordingly.
