"First, I'd focus on approachability — a warm greeting and an open setup that invites people in rather than feeling like a sales pitch.

To educate, I'd keep it simple and conversational — share one or two interesting facts about the product, let the sample do the talking, and read the shopper's energy to know how much they want to hear.

To engage, I'd ask quick questions like 'Have you tried this before?' or 'What do you usually go for?' — it turns a transaction into a real moment.

I'd also use storytelling — connecting the product to a lifestyle or experience makes it memorable long after they walk away.

And finally, I'd always end with a clear, friendly call to action — whether that's a purchase, a follow, or just leaving them with a smile."
