We targeted three key groups: individuals seeking mental health tips, psychologists looking for professional resources, and parents interested in evidence-based guidance. One campaign I contributed to focused on helping parents and guardians support their children's healthy technology use. We shared engaging, research-backed strategies for setting boundaries and encouraging balanced screen time, which resulted in high engagement and positive feedback from our target audience.

During my senior thesis, I managed a research project on gamified mindfulness apps, overseeing all aspects from participant recruitment to data collection and analysis. I kept detailed timelines, tracked progress in spreadsheets, and adjusted plans when needed. As Vice President of Active Minds, I also organized large-scale wellness events, coordinated with vendors and student volunteers, and ensured everything ran smoothly. In my current role as a legal assistant, I manage time-sensitive tasks, such as record requests and deposition scheduling, across multiple cases. These experiences demonstrate my ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
