I find a combination of structured social media research and cross-verification most effective for manual data collection. This includes reviewing platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to identify relevant artists and influencers, verifying details on studio websites or directories, and organizing all information in a spreadsheet for accuracy and easy reporting. Adding brief qualitative notes about style or audience fit also helps make the data more useful for personalized outreach.
