How do you prioritize and manage your outreach efforts?

i prioritize my outreach by focusing first on leads that are most likely to convert, based on their interest and fit. I like to plan my outreach using a simple CRM or spreadsheet, organizing contacts by category for example, new leads, warm leads, and follow ups. I dedicate time blocks for initial outreach, follow-up messages, and research to stay consistent and efficient. My goal is to balance quality and quantity — personalizing each message while keeping a steady daily target for outreach.

What strategies do you use to qualify a lead?

My strategy is to focus on understanding the customer’s needs and fit. I research the lead beforehand looking at their company, goals, and challenges — to see if they align with what we offer. In conversations, I ask clear, open-ended questions to understand their budget, decision process, and urgency. I also listen for clues about their challenges to make sure our solution truly meets their needs. I’m learning structured approaches like the BANT and CHAMP methods to qualify leads more effectively.

do you have any remote sales experience? if so, what tech stack did you use?

I haven’t worked in a formal remote sales role yet, but I have strong communication and tech skills that fit well with remote sales. I’m familiar with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet), Slack, and Notion for remote collaboration. I’ve also explored CRM systems like HubSpot and basic email marketing tools, and I’m confident I can quickly adapt to any sales tech stack the team uses.
