What's Your favorite project you've worked on and why? (ex. what were the steps involved? Did you collaborate with others? What roadblocks did you run into and how did you solve them?)
My favorite project was managing "American Superstar," a private singing competition. I handled planning, team leadership, guest coordination, and security, earning a promotion to Lead Event Manager this year. Which I've started the logistics for.
