I noticed that church camp leaders were not communicating effectively about the location and timings, leading to parents picking their children late. I approached them with my observations, provided specific examples, and suggested improvements.

I led a project to create an incentive program to encourage device recycling. I designed the project structure, conducted research, and analyzed data to develop effective incentives, and more.

I would:
-define the objectives for the sessions
-recruit diverse participants
- prepare a discussion guide, making sure its engaging, with openended questions
-ensure that the sessions don't take too long and are a safe, comfortable space
