How would you engage a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?
I would start by asking the customer what concerns they have and really listen to understand their hesitation. Then I’d explain how the product meets their needs, share a quick success , and offer a low risk way to try it, such as a demo or guarantee. My goal is to make them feel informed and comfortable, not pressured.
