I think the feed has a strong aesthetic, but there’s room to boost audience engagement. Incorporating more reels and trend-driven content could help increase visibility and interaction. For example, the "name trend" which is where people list what they’re called by different people in their lives could be adapted to fit our messaging. Additionally, a humorous reel referencing the popular "Italian brain rot" trend could resonate with audiences and drive engagement.

Which 2 companies do you think are doing a great job engaging their audience?

Two companies which are doing a great job at engaging with their audience is Duolingo and ELF. Duolingo is especially good at replying and engaging with comments, following trends, and following what the audience wants. On the other hand, ELF is great at replying to comments and interacting with their audience. even using the audiences feedback in launches and creations of their new products.

How do you stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing?

I usually stay up to date with the latest trends in social media marketing but being an active consumer of the media itself.  By regularly scrolling through apps like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, I naturally stay informed on current trends, content styles, and audience behavior in real time.
