Tell us about a time where you had to work as a part of a team to achieve a goal?
As an RA, teamwork is essential. One time, my fellow RAs and I organized a “Hall Olympics” event to build community among residents. My role was to oversee the setup and organization of the games, but we all worked together to plan the event.
