Female Founder World

Content Marketing & Event Intern

Female Founder World Profile Image

What's one content area of opportunity you'd first implement after starting this position?

After researching through the Female Founder World socials, I really enjoyed how you spotlight female founders on the Instagram and share their story. To further showcase female-owned businesses, I think it would be a great idea to conduct a series on TikTok where we incorporate products from small-owned businesses that many people might not know about. For instance, we could make a TikTok with a popular audio titled "Get Ready With Me Using All Female-Owned Brands." This series can vary in different ways, whether it's a skin care routine, makeup, fashion, etc.

Please share any relevant past experience making you qualified for this role.

My experience as the Director of Communications at Second Street Residence Hall closely aligns with the responsibilities outlined in the job description. In that role, I took on the day-to-day management of the residence hall's professional social media accounts, utilizing creative content strategies to engage the student community and promote available resources. This experience has provided me with a strong foundation in content strategy and the ability to effectively communicate brand messaging across various platforms. Additionally, I actively participated in collaborative meetings with student leaders and residence hall administrators, where we generated innovative event ideas, gathered valuable student feedback, and developed marketing strategies. Creator Sourcing Intern

pager Profile Image

Please brainstorm three avenues you'd utilize to engage and source new creators for the pager platform.

To engage and source new creators for the pager platform, I would begin by keeping track of the latest trends on different platforms, like TikTok and Instagram. Particularly with TikTok, trends with popular audios tend to come-and-go quickly, so I would regularly monitor which videos and audios become popular to find creators that engage with a large audience. From there, I would also find creators that specifically display many products in their videos. These tend to be beauty and fashion creators that are constantly being asked--Where can I find that top? What shade of lipstick is that? Instead of having to answer every single comment, they can send their audience to pager, where they can easily and visually find the link to what they need. Finally, to encourage influencers to collaborate with pager, we could send them PR packages with a recreation of a 90's pager inside, but designed with the pager logo and brand theme. It could have a message that reads: "Welcome to pager!" The box can also include small gifts similar to how an influence would organize and label their pager homepage. We could conduct research into some of the creator's favorites and incorporate them into the box to emphasize how easy it is for their audience to access their links. For instance, if a creator expressed online that they love gummy candy, we could put it in the box and label it "[Creator's Name]'s favorite sweet treats."
