If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?

In response to a negative review, I apologize for any inconvenience they experienced and assure them that we care about their satisfaction. I appreciate the customer's feedback and concerns. I will offer to personally address their concerns and provide a resolution, urging them to contact me directly or to our customer service team. In order to find a solution that leaves the customer feeling heard and valued, you must remain calm, empathetic, and proactive.
