Tell us about any prior experience you have as a brand ambassador

I have prior experience as a brand ambassador through my work with Lemon Perfect and Magna Hydration, where I was responsible for both in-person promotion and digital outreach. With Lemon Perfect, I promoted the brand on social media while also handing out products at NC State football games, where I connected directly with students and fans in a high-energy environment. This gave me great practice in creating engaging content, sparking conversations, and driving product trial in a fun, authentic way. More recently, I’ve worked with Magna Hydration, further developing my skills in showcasing a brand’s mission, building awareness on campus, and encouraging my peers to incorporate healthier options into their everyday routines. These experiences have taught me how to balance social media promotion with face-to-face interactions, making me confident in my ability to represent Proper Wild effectively.

Are you part of any clubs or organizations on campus?

As a student athlete and the Feature Twirler at NC State, I’ve had the unique opportunity to connect with a wide range of students through performances, athletics, and campus events. In addition to representing the university at games and rallies, I serve as president of a healthcare club that provides free care to underserved communities and I founded a nonprofit organization that has raised over $15,000 for cancer research. These roles have given me valuable experience in leadership, event planning, and community engagement, which I would bring into promoting Proper Wild on campus. By leveraging my visibility as a student athlete and my connections with student organizations, I can create exciting, high-energy events that both highlight Proper Wild’s mission and inspire my peers to participate in free shot redemptions.

How would you approach organizing a campus event to promote Proper Wild effectively?

To organize a Proper Wild campus event, I’d lean on my own experiences as NC State’s Feature Twirler and as someone who’s constantly performing, leading, and connecting with large groups of students. I’ve learned how to capture attention in high-energy environments like football games and pep rallies, which translates perfectly into creating a buzz around Proper Wild. I would host the event in a central, high-traffic area like the student union or even near the stadium on gameday, pairing free samples and QR code redemption stations with fun, interactive elements like games, photo ops, and giveaways to keep students engaged. Just like I’ve done through my nonprofit work and campus leadership, I’d promote the event by collaborating with student clubs and organizations, using social media, and personally inviting peers to join in. By making it feel like both a social hangout and a study break, I’d connect Proper Wild’s mission of bringing clean energy into student life with the way I already energize and motivate my campus community.
