WHat role does Fitness & nutrition play in your life? How would you pitch Macroplate to a new customer?
Fitness and wellness are some of my greatest passions. I truly believe you can’t look good if you don’t feel good, and for me, that starts with taking care of my body through movement and nutrition.
I’ve lived an active lifestyle since I was little. Growing up as a dancer, I trained or performed at least five days a week, which taught me discipline and the value of consistency. When my dance journey came to an end, I channeled that same energy into the gym and Pilates. But I know that building muscle doesn’t just happen in the gym, it happens in the kitchen too. That’s why I prioritize eating healthy, protein-rich meals just as much as I prioritize my workouts.
Macroplate makes this possible for customers like me. Their pre-made meals are balanced, easy to heat up, and save me the time and stress of cooking and cleaning, so I can stay consistent with my nutrition goals even on my busiest days.

How do you approach engaging with potential customers at events?
When pitching Macroplate, I will always start by carefully listening to the customer. I will ask questions to understand the customer’s lifestyle, goals, and pain points, whether it's insufficient time to cook, struggling to eat clean consistently, or needing better post-workout meals. That way, I can offer a recommendation that actually fits their needs.
As a college student myself, I completely relate. Between school, work, fitness, and trying to enjoy some downtime, sometimes I lack the time or energy to grocery shop, cook, or clean. That’s one of the reasons I genuinely love MacroPlate's mission; it removes the stress of meal prep and supports my goals without taking up extra time. Personally, what I love most is that I don’t have to deal with cleaning my kitchen, and I can just grab a meal and go, perfect for busy days when fast food might otherwise feel like the only option.
One of Macroplate’s biggest strengths is how personalized the meal plans are. Whether someone’s goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or eating clean on a tight schedule, there’s a plan tailored to them. I take time to study these plans so I can recommend the best one based on what each customer shares with me and clearly explain how it’ll benefit them specifically.
It’s all about listening, connecting, and showing how MacroPlate is more than a meal service; it’s a solution that fits into each customer's unique lifestyle.
