I would start by thoroughly reviewing Pound Cake’s existing content, brand guidelines, and messaging to fully understand the tone, language, and values the brand represents. I’d aim to reflect that same voice in every interaction—whether responding to comments, DMs, or engaging in conversations—by keeping replies positive, friendly, and aligned with the brand’s personality. I’d also develop a set of go-to phrases and templates to ensure consistency, while still personalizing responses to keep the engagement authentic. Regular check-ins with the marketing team would help me stay updated on any shifts in brand strategy or messaging.
