When I am reviewing a product, it's important to me how it integrates into daily life, how it works across different platforms and on different devices, and what advantages is poses to me individually.

How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I think it's important to have accountability and commitment from all members! I use follow-up emails and deadlines to keep fellow peers and teammates accountable. I recognize that sometimes this can mean having a difficult conversation, but it can also lead to a healthier work environment in the long run.
