Describe how you manage your time when juggling multiple deadlines. Give a specific example
I manage my time by prioritizing tasks and using a structured schedule to stay on track. For example, while working full-time, I have created a weekly plan to build a marketing portfolio and learn new digital skills at the same time. I block out focused time in the evenings and weekends for taking online courses, creating mock-ups and and tracking results on my personal pages. I use tools like Google Calendar to map deadlines and set reminders; Balancing both professional responsibilities and learning new skills has taught me how to stay organized, adjust to change, and consistently make progress toward long-term goals.

Tell us about a time you taught yourself a new tool or skill without being asked. What was it, and how did you approach learning it?
As an economics major trying to break into social media marketing, I taught myself how to use analytics platforms to build relevant skills. I used free Google Analytics learning modules and watched several youtube videos to understand metrics like reach, impressions, and engagement rate. Then, I practiced by analyzing Instagram and TikTok insights on my own personal platforms to see how different posts performed. Taking initiative to learn these tools on my own helped me translate my data background into social media marketing.
