How would you grow the H\FC community from scratch?
I’d grow the H\FC community by starting with hyper-focused positioning and then layering in content, creators, and conversation. Early growth comes from identifying a small, passionate core audience, creating value tailored to them, and empowering them to advocate through UGC, IRL moments, and shared language.
