Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you led targeting a specific audience?
For @mama_africas_marketplace we created a Kwanzaa social media campaign to encourage patrons to get all of their Kwanzaa needs from the store. In order to do this I created a social media audit as well as social media report which allowed me to not only see the current audiences the store provided for, but also analyze the audiences we wanted to reach. After that I created a campaign brief deck which detailed the campaign as well as a draft of our social media calendar and content. We rolled it out and the store saw an increase in sales during the Kwanzaa holiday season.
