There was a time when I was sent in place of my supervisor to attend a meeting with someone on the marketing team and I was able to build a good relationship with her because I came to the meeting prepared with all the information I was passing along and came with a positive attitude and open mind allowing her to converse comfortably with me.

Have you had sales or account management experience?
I have had a bit of experience where I was in charge of managing a weekly newsletter where I had to keep track of all the information that goes into it and made sure that everyone intended to get the newsletter was receiving that newsletter.
