Pinch
Seattle | Brand Ambassador & Local Partnerships Lead

HOW WOULD YOU MANAGE ORGANIZING ASSETS ACROSS MULTIPLE EVENTS?
I’d manage assets by treating everything like a simple, repeatable system so nothing gets lost or overlooked. First, I’d create a central hub (like Google Drive or Notion) with clearly labeled folders for each event, organized by things like graphics, videos, captions, schedules, and brand guidelines. Keeping naming consistent (ex: “EventName_Date_PostType”) makes everything easy to find quickly. Second, I’d use a master tracker or checklist for all events, what assets are needed, what’s completed, what’s pending, and deadlines. That way I can see everything at a glance and avoid last-minute scrambling.

WHAT TYPES OF LOCAL PARTNERS WOULD YOU PICK FOR PINCH?
For Pinch, I’d focus on partners that already attract trend-aware, social, college-aged women in the Seattle area, places where content and community naturally overlap.
Coffee shops, like Starbucks and Elm Coffee Roasters.
Studios like Puppy Yoga Seattle and Studio 45 Pilates.
Yes Day World
GRWM Content for Yes Day Skincare

What’s your favorite part of your daily skincare routine?
My favorite part is my nighttime routine, it’s when I can slow down, reset, and actually take care of my skin after a long day. I love that clean, fresh feeling after washing my face and layering products, especially when my skin feels hydrated and calm before bed.
