What experience do you have creating engaging content on TikTok or Instagram?

I create content regularly on TikTok through my fitness page @fitwithag, where I share workouts, Pilates routines, wellness habits, and products that fit into my lifestyle. I focus on short-form videos that feel natural and relatable, like day-in-the-life clips, routines, and honest product experiences. Because my content is routine-based and conversational, it tends to keep viewers engaged and builds trust with my audience. I’m comfortable filming, speaking on camera, and creating content that feels authentic while still highlighting a product clearly.

How would you explain the science behind a hair growth product to your followers?

I’d explain it in a simple way that’s easy to understand. I’d talk to my followers like I normally do and say that the formula is designed by a hair restoration doctor and uses ingredients that support the hair follicles and scalp to help promote healthier hair growth. I’d break it down by explaining how healthy follicles and a good scalp environment are key for stronger, fuller hair. Keeping it simple, relatable, and clear helps my audience understand the science without it feeling complicated.
